It appears to me AVEW does not care about the shareholders

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS RIGHT NOW WHAT SO EVER PERIOD!

They care about getting their hands on investor market cash, this has nothing to do about the business or how well it is going or nothing....they raised the a/s to 10b to get their hands on all that cash with the intentions of just reverse splitting in the end and starting over fresh after they got their hands on all the money!

I don't own 72 million shares but I know this company ran .003 this year and may run to .01 next year or the year after with the right momo and that my friend is dam@ near three quarters of a million in your pocket and it won't happen if you dump your shares at .0004 lol.
