Knowing the ruthlessness of the "oil patch" somewhat, the thought always crosses my mind that player(s) are keeping this price artificially low...time will tell...Then again it can be another example of the new approach in otc companies of shorting em and manipulating em down during slow times profiting at longer term shareholders expense. 2014 was a great year for this...
