Ok, so you're saying possibly that these trades which are sells are dilutive shares from the company and are being picked up at a bargain from funders to ultimately flip later?

I know that this otc market is unregulated and naked shorts can ultimately have their short sells cover within the t-3 timeline because of loop holes in the system.
