That is also why companies like to RS to help control the amount of short selling as they thrive at the level LHPT are at now. In fact a company will often tell share holders they are doing a RS to help control naked short selling, which I am pretty sure was the case here last December. So this increases the chances LHPT could RS in near future. But of course that is not imminent.
