§ $KEYO .1001 X .114 §
NITE wants to cover his shorts @ .12! How many will he dish-out @ .114?
Chachagirl: I believe PSS could easily do a (Public Offering, shall we call it?) without the traditional roadshow. He has built the company(s) with $1B of his own money. He would only need an investment bank to act as placement agent in the offering, and would sell every share immediately. There is already a $7B value being put on the company(s) by the investment community.
Only a tax accountant could explain the multitude of tax advantages for doing a RTM>APO, but it's huge.
"Is there an Accountant in the house? meow?"
PSS would be giving up control of NantHealth with an IPO. He will not do that.
The entire corporate structure is set up to do just what it's doing.
Straight from the M&A handbook.
