3 days to cover a short. But realize shorting OTC stocks mainly applies to Market Makers & other institutional investors such as hedge funds, because of the capital requirements & the ability to manipulate & already know & critical data, before most of retail catches on.

Market Makers are allowed to issue air shares under the pretense of creating liquidity & to some extent this is necessary, but this practice is most often abused. Most shorting of OTC stocks occurs of shores where a ticker is listed, often times w/o the knowledge of retail. But the crooked CEOs & insiders know.
