I'm afraid that is pretty much how it works; they keep adding new "assets" to encourage the shareholders to part with yet more cash, while diluting the stock to death.

Nobody wants to gloat over this sort of thing, it is a learning opportunity for some perhaps, some of us learnt from the concept last time around!

I think all their $$ was paid to their overseas companies as operations/consulting expenses, and pocketed, IMO. Isn't one of em based in Hong Kong?
