Ever looked up the property records for Clayton Smith's Sage street condo?

Turns out the condo is actually owned by a couple, Leticia Munoz and Leopoldo Macchia.

Was Clayton Smith simply a rental tenant? I doubt it...

I couldn't find much on Leticia, but Leo seems to have a background in Oil planning/finance/etc judging from his linked in page

Wonder what type of connection he has with Clayton and Greg Smith.
