I read it differently

"Among many issues on the table will be global business development, growth for 2015 and a discussion with regards to the shareholder’s recommendations."

To me, this is primarily a meeting wrt business development issues. I think they will decide if and how expansion in New York will move forward (is there any other "global" business?) and if that will entail an own agency environment. Hence it makes sense if Ken is present for another meeting this year.
