The Dominican Republic Is Currently In Breach

Of its contract with Deep Blue to split all treasure recovered on a 50/50 basis. There were no problems with the first two divisions, yet the DR is now delaying division with Deep Blue and the other companies which also have treasures waiting to be split. One company has taken legal action against the DR, while Deep Blue is trying a more diplomatic approach.

I believe once this is resolved, Deep Blue will finally get the 2 years of recovered treasure they are obligated, by contract, to receive. I also believe the company, Captain and crew will be adequately compensated for the missing work caused by the DR's delay.

Then diving will resume and treasure will once again be bought up on a daily basis from the four confirmed treasure producing sites Deep Blue has discovered.
