"In the filings" isn't good enough. If you want people to believe you, you ought to post the section and specific filing so they can see it for themselves.
Beyond that, even if the new APOA shares were unregistered, that by itself is no big deal. It's ONLY a big deal if, as you allege, they were intending to NEVER convert them to restricted shares. If that's what you're alleging, then where did you read that? Is it just a complete guess?
