Just look how much TLOG insiders have bought and the rise of the pps afterwards.

A excellent point and one I and others have made, as well.
It's been such a 'gravy train' for all involved, why buy when one's getting them for free?!

I'll go out on a limb and conjecture that we will see some insider buying at some significant strategic moment, probably during phase 2.
Insiders buy for only one reason, but sell for many.
