Well I don't see BKRT or Vndm around so I have to assume the CB's have been sold into the market. Looks to be trading on its own now.

It was estimated the O/S would be about 40 million after the converted shares were sold into the market. Still a very nice share structure.

The new CEO has voiced his disdain for Convertible debt for funding, so perhaps we will not see any more for a while, if he can get things in order.
