Meridian...If you're suggesting that the filings were deliberately misleading/incorrect, then what do you think was the reason? When did you first become aware of the multiple amended filings? I'm just trying to get a grip on what could be the purpose for having so many "errors". The one of consequence seems to be the most recent where it did not include the info about the Addax agreement to pay $1.35 million to ERHC as a downpayment on block 4's $18 million.
Meridian thats not true. we needed a firm who could handle us during our transitional phase. we switched on our own accord. they by law would have had to state irregularities.
