Why do you say they will be toxic loans? With minimal debt and increased revenues, I think they should be able to secure more conventional financing.

tgy, may I suggest that these non-toxic loans be of the Line of Credit type or conventional...:-)

Cash flow from sales and possible new non-toxic loans will fund MINE's growth.
