So....no one is upset (except for a couple) that we weren't informed that there will be a trial next year vs. an expected arbitration decision soon???

Makes me wonder what else is not being released....more of a rah-rah PR method than letting us know the real facts....

I would NOT recommend warrants at this point...and maybe that was the plan all along. Warrants expire and thus less dilution...
