It's hard to believe they have two million $ dollars in revenue. If so, one questions.

Why merge with LHPT which is bloated with shares? There are cleaner shells.

Anybody can put anything on those pages they want without any back up. Why do they not have their own website??????? They had a go daddy domain, which costs less then $500.00 a year to have domain and a pretty nice website.
