Every MotoPed has a disclaimer about the product. One of the first requirements is to wear a helmet. The kid in Au was not wearing a helmet.

Every motorized product has a disclaimer in fact. Unless an accident was caused by a product defect it is moot.

Still, feel sorry for the kid & his family.
