I am not sure why anyone would let Treaty farm-in to an opportunity like this.

Treaty have no competitive advantage to offer the current holder.

Treaty have a higher cost of financing and less technology and experience than their competitors in the market for such farm-ins.

Treaty have a very poor financial rating (due to no reporting) and a very poor record of paying their bills.

The only thing that might get Treaty a WI in the acreage is by paying way more than anyone else would and perhaps more than it is worth (at current oil prices) and offering firm collateral for the amount paid.
