Just by curiosity and "science", what about the Chinese entity and their MOU...that was PR'd.

Wouldn't want to "not keep the rumor mill boarded up".

Buy out possible. Why make a Gold deal for $120 million if you can buy the whole company for $40 million today? I know this is a $1 billion company at least but they could be trying
