Here's an OTC with an O/S of 4.7B, a relationship with a major company, and a share price of ~$0.05 (was trading over $0.08 a couple of weeks ago).

I believe that could be a good comparison and clearly shows large O/S doesn't necessarily mean trip zeros. What's to be understood is how much revenue will flow to TGGI as a result of its partnership with ARW.

Depends on how the market treats TGGI's news over the coming weeks and months.

Yes that is correct. With a float of 6,000,000+ Its about as bloated of a share structure as you can get. Even massive volume would have a hard time moving it up.
