we have filed an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation with the Florida Secretary of State for a reduction to our authorized shares

Sounds like it was E-filed but good point on the email vs mail. But I am having suspicions that the UPS package mailed to the Florida SOS contained an amendment reducing the A/S to 5,000,000,000.

Florida SOS says "there is no delay between when a record is added to our computer database and when it is available on the Internet". I'm looking for something to show up today or tomorrow.
