I would agree that Alydyr needs to come up with some more detail on the flip side as did shareholders agree with that isn't much to go on. However, burden of proof lies on both sides and would put any doubt to rest on your/Mr S side of the argument. I'm not asking you to do this, just that would eliminate any doubt as there would be a link to a public court document at that point.

I would be curious if Alydyr could produce similar information on his side of the case... If not, end of that line of discussion.
