It's a buying opp., believe me. We're talking a company that is VERY close to making/marketing a mass produced fuel cell here, at a cost effective rate. Hydra cells are the future, and the future is now. ARSC watchers know what this company is worth, and will be glad to grab any weak shares that want to unload. I know I do!
