Anything is possible but - imo - not likely for a PR to move this stock significantly. Why?

1. Ironridge - or any other hedge fund - will take any opportunity to dump shares which results in even further dilution of an already overly diluted stock. That is probably what happened Friday.

2. SEC Filings brought up to date with facts and figures accompanied by a PR campaign MAY work. However, the filings will have to have solid information that confirms that Velatel is actually doing something that MAY produce revenue or at least the promise of revenue.

3. Referring back to #1, The Alvarez Family and Friends MAY also take advantage of a spike in the stock to dump THEIR shares. ???
There is a long list of SEC Form 4s issued in 2012 that confirms exactly that.
