Codesilver on yahoo has found a Jarvivian modification request for the previous University of New Orleans Fcc approved test license. Seems they've added 66 spring street New Bedford Mass and are now using 150 Microsoft surface Pro tablets. Appears to include another school and should be related to testing for ERate, imo.

Have used the CMF in the past which I think includes the ADL data, not actively using either one currently.
