Actually its your post that do not maoe sense at all. Please do some DD as they have no choice but to increase the AS when it is maxed out otherwise they lose control over the company and wont be able to raise anymore capital by dumping more shares. Its wash rinse and repeat in the OTC. An AS increase is coming and so will an RS.
