For years, small traders in companies like Telvue have been assured by SMB pundits that there is no such thing as "Naked Short Selling" being used against numerous companies on the exchanges. And then an article, such as the one I have linked below, appear in the mainstream media.

Can you offer an explanation of the apparent discrepancies between the two versions?
