Hiring a Lobbyist would be a good way to get people interested. A few hundred grand thrown in a few directions and doors open. That's the way it's done in the real world. Grants, and CMS leading the way for insurance reimbursement. This I have seen to work. I do believe there has to be a IND in the periphery to validate the process and combat the reports like we saw tonight. Under the current dynamics we need to go big or only Regen benefits.
