Oh my goodness - that is exactly what the thinking is about KEYO ! I was cornfused about how it would all play out but that scenario seems very doable IMHO.
That covers it all, effectively "absorbing" KEYO and changing name to reflect the current private company and of course a ticker change, Im assuming, Right?
