Oh please, this is ridiculous. I made no such claim. The point being addressed is that no seismic surveying was carried out on EL 14/2009 and Mal's reported expenditures on that licence were lies, lies and more lies. He finally destroyed what little credibility he had with that farrago of lying nonsense.
