No question, this has been a long, agonizing and frustrating wait. But I have never felt more confident in this thing than now. Those two PR's this week spoke volumes about what is about to happen.

yea, maybe an uptick or two! Ha.... U.S. carrier = Penny land, NO DOUBT....... We just need to make sure that we do not panic if we go a month or so without this news. IT takes time.
I do not look for that BIG news for at least another two weeks until the buyback is complete.....
