Inforit1 - In my post, regarding JP's post, I have not questioned nor commented on JP's predictions regarding NEOM. I only commented on his style of writing, and communication skills in stating his position.
I am a retired accountant, and in my career, ones writing ability, in federal audit work, may be reviewed by other experts, such as other CPAs, those who practice law and justice, at the lowest and highest level of federal district and circuit courts.
My prior experience and expertise is primarily in the field of accounting, tax law and audit work, with some teaching experience.
I do not read tea leaves, crystal balls, and I do not possess the ability to predict the future for NEOM.
The only likely service I could perform for you, and others of interest, is the reading and interpretation of NEOM's financial statements.
NEOM's financial statements are audited, written, constructed and "put together", in a percise mathmatical language (required by accounting and auditing standard boards), by individuals of my profession, for stockholders, like "us", to read and understand NEOM's business operations.
I dare say, for those who have the ability to read and comprehend both, "in and out of the box", would not require my projections, and interpretations of the financial statements, nor predictions of NEOM's future by others.
