Absolutely not. I would wait till .0025 or lower due to mass dilution of old notes and people will sell due to taking tax loss write offs. January will be the time maybe but only if you can stomach an RS.

There are so many people in the hole that bought in the pennies that know it will never get there again so the only smart thing to do would be to take a tax loss write off. Its only going to get uglier from here IMHO.
