tpizzazz24, Great that you're upgrading your holdings. Three things would turn me off about UVE at first glance:

1) Too much of an IHUB following. That's almost always a bad sign. LOL

2) It's located in Fort Lauderdale, one of America's scam capitols.

3) The share price is cheap which shows the sort of investor they're going after.

Besides I have a pretty substantial and long-held position in Dow component, Travelers Insurance (TRV $105).
