Could be the same "final negotiations" as these times....

Fortunately, we have relationships with large engineering firms that have had the advantage of reviewing other competitive systems and have in turn validated ours.

July 2014 ..

Most notably, the Company is working very closely with a highly regarded national engineering firm and its clients to complete sales of processors, which such firm is currently qualifying the JBI 'Flagship Processor' for sales to its clients.

Although we have not yet consummated our first sale, we have made, and continue to make, tangible progress on negotiations with a large, national engineering firm and several potential purchasers.


If you remember we had buyers lined up last year after we did individual runs for them..........

A more likely scenario would be for putting the finishing touches on an end of 2014 bankruptcy filing.



I wonder if they're in some type of final negotiations...maybe even at the respective partner attorneys....getting signatures...hmmmmm... :)

If they were truly on the verge of signing a deal, he would have just let the deal speak for itself. And with this company and the nature of who holds the stock we would not be seeing the selling pressure we are seeing if a deal was imminent. Even a fake Heddle ship like deal.
