I couldn't find any past filing info on

the otcmarket site...not surprised though...

Have you tried to contact the lady who handled

the filing to verify that it goes here?..

Not really doubting it...It just seemed odd

not to find any other sources with the info

of an SEC filing...

The former HTG, NYSE company, quit filing years

ago and no other filings from any later companies

appeared before now in that section...

Be good to see more confirmation of being early
