#12525 RE: austin01 #12521

If by the first tech, you mean new wheel technology, there was a settlement with the originator of that venture a year ago. At that time it was reported at the stock holders meeting (and discussed here on the board) that new wheel was indebted to new wheel tech for the idea behind the venture but little else. In other words New Visual had for all practical purposes abondoned the New Wheel approach and was pursuing a different path.

If a year later you do not know that, then perhaps instead on spending time on this board, it might be a good idea to do a little DD of your own.

If you don't like what the company did with the New Wheel tech or you think there is something underhanded about the whole deal, you probably should have pulled out a year ago. But it's not too late; you can still pull out now and salvage what you still have left. If, on the other hand, you think there is a chance the Embarq technology works and might be a viable business enterprise then hang on. In either case, throwing out questions about the "first tech" shows a lack of relavent thinking on your part. If you are still trying to figure it out, one might suggest you are doing no thinking whatsoever.
