Well swet is pre revenue and it needs $ continue operations. That being said unless the stock resonates then yes if con notes exercised at these basement prices then dilutive effect will be profound. If co needs borrow million dollars and collateral are shares valued at a penny that's a ton of shares.
That being said there remains the long term initiative. There are many who's opinion it remains that swet is close (reasonably close/about 8 months) or sooner from closing it's 1st deal. If that's your stock position then I'd hold.
