I don't think the fact that T & C haven't filed for the last quarter is because they are too busy working on waffer business that they simply forgot.

Now, they might be confused. After all, they were variously uplisting to the OTCBB and/or the OTCQB, often in the same PR. And the last PR claimed that they were both purchasing and developing an Ebola App. Huh?
