I bought 3030 shares today at .165. Better deal than my 3000 .50 shares I have. Average down while I can. Hope for contracts and just see. Hell, better chance here than WSGI. What the heck, just a sucker for Airships on a string.

That's just the thing, companies that have to dilute like this aren't getting one large contract. The only large contract is your money.
