I am signed up to receive Alan B's daily dab reports and they never show DSCR PR's even though he is tracking this stock. If he's not looking at OTC site, you can be certain that many other large traders are not looking at it either.

I still don't think that posting PRs through major outlets will fix anything. But it would be a step in the right direction.
