If you listened to the city of Las Vegas meeting today, they were very clear that since TRTC was 1 of the 10 dispensary applicants that received both the local special permit and the state license, the only reason why the city of LV dispensary license isn't official is because the state hasn't mailed the local government the actual paper licenses.

That hasn't stopped TRTC from moving forward with their plans to open up their City of Las Vegas dispensary ASAP.
The timeline is 8 weeks before all the local business licensing is finished -- and the process is well underway, which was discussed at today's meeting.

There will be no legal issues with any of these 6 licenses -- only the 2 CLARK County dispensary applications TRTC has filed are in legal limbo because they were licensed by the state but not by the county.

The other 6 applications they filed were approved by both state and local commission and therefore dually licensed = no legal holdup.
