Yet he does, read this message of his and how nice he makes them sound. Why? It's very apparent.

No, I'm sorry, I don't know. I've been under the assumption that it's by the end of the trading day on May 10th. Maybe give the guy I talked to a call. His name is Glenn Lidell.
