TRTC has no money for NB plants, if they want to do Vegas too. The pps will go to .02. They only have six million dollars. How can they buy NB plants for 15 million and need 5 million more for Vegas? If they go ahead with this transaction, they better start diluting big time, right now.

they have mentioned NB throughout the year...DP also has talked about trying to do it as a cash deal. As someone else just posted, not a chance in hell they can achieve that acquisition while maintaining cash balances needed for NV. Unless of course they obtain the lines of credit needed. Who cares if they are "toxic" / extreme rates as some call it. Listen fact is, people use hard money lending to make big moves. once the moves are made they refinance loans. right? Im in finance, I get it. any bashers exploiting crappy financing means NOTHING! My friend owns a significant Ski resort, financing is horrible for ski resorts, why? B/c they are so unpredictable with weather trends. But it doesn't matter, when they cashflow heavy in good years they pay debt down, raise new cash and refinance. You can use crap financing to get to the end goal, its not the demise of businesses on any stretch. They will "deal" with crap financing to build the business, its not problematic on any level. These financing partners understand whats happening, they will work with them so the business survives b/c there is way more to be made off the long run for them then to just gouge for a high short term return. its a relationship!

we certainly need an update with regards to NV. lets make moves with the approvals we have, let get started. CC will happen in time but lets push forward and highlight what we already have so the masses know. Right? The only downside to pushing forward would be not being able to budget properly if 1 or 2 CC licenses come in. They can have 2, 3 or 4 budgets proposed and im sure they do. But clarity is needed as to the action steps for NV.

In my opinion NB is irrelevant to a degree. Do they NEED NB? Do we need to improve margins on EG sales if we become solely focused on MMJ? I think having and maintaining the regional & nation presence of EG is good especially when dealing with the MMJ license application process but at what cost?

I personally think the value of these licenses offers leverage when determining fairness of the NB buyout and will be considered heavily. If they dilute like mad itll do way more harm to the business model.
