oh you are not totally on the mark...
some know almost all. just the exact date and time, no. nor does the IR or anyone else for that matter. but, we do know a lot. why? because we have done what others have not done. homework. due dilligence. shoe leather detective work. it's not brain surgery or rocket science exactly, but, it does take one away from the pc to accomplish now and then. the reason most, including myself to a point, dont say what we know...is because of posts that paint with a wide brush... that no one knows anything. makes me grin. with age comes experience, with experience comes wisdom.
