You won't see the bid price go up without large volume of buying at the bid price of .0001, don't have L2 to see how many shares are on the bid at .0001 and lot of times it doesn't paint a true picture, but you won't see the bid price higher than the ask price, we need large volume to see this PPS go up, not 300k. JMHO!!!
