The fact is obvious and has been since before the first split, as with any company in which actually has a solid business model, as AmericanGreen appears to currently have going for it, you must shape share structure to excel forward.

Revenue or not, net liquid is not available for a buyback currently.

Speaking for the last 10-12 months, these people have executed a plan properly, business wise, share wise, and socially speaking. Not excluding the current PPS, and anything that may have occurred in this time frame regarding the control of PPS.

The time to pay the piper or so to speak, is quickly approaching that imminent period of shareholder sentiment VS growth via debenture loans VS 'what have we done building up to this point, to generate cash flow' -at this specific time frame.

They could have chosen to hold this pattern for another fiscal year, this choice would have been made sometime in Q1 2013. Depending on how and when the discussions began with Uruguay. I suspect the execution was planned for Q2 - Q3 2014, which of course we know did not come to life.

My thinking is as stated, if, the off shore deal is still viable, considering what little we have current knowledge of, this is a tipping point. I do not believe if the opportunity presents itself, they will hesitate in the slightest. Point being is that this one deal as far as I can extrapolate, can, and will most certainly thrust ERBB into international waters, if said move is more or less flawless, in other words, the company has tested, found flaws, issues and possible malfunctions within the entirety, including sales people/ representatives on site and available, repair, maintenance, supply of disposable wear items, technical infrastructure + redundancy ect. and exploited each finding on multiple levels, then we just might witness the American dream of creating something from nothing and moving it to the international community as useful.

Of course this is speculation, we have no public data to support this is even still viable.

The alternative is obvious.
