Audited financials by a reputable firm and SEC reporting - no Form 15.

Is this company capable of transparency to investors handing them their hard earned money? The easy out is Dark. Real companies are transparent. What's there to hide?

Simply should have been at the last SHM to understand the hardware and it place and the software APP and it's priority and window to execute upon its priority. Then you wouldn't have these questions.....simply.
