I felt the same way. Seems there wasn't much in there more than what we already had known. A lot of forward looking statements. Speculation. Hell I could get that just by coming to the ihub boards. Lol.

It is an independent report. Had it been done by REDG it would look more like the investor deck I am sure.

I think the point of these is to save people hours of DD and coming from like a third party, dude. Don't know why it took so long but kinda glad it did cuz with all the stuff like Hulu and Bandai and toys r us in it, it is way better than if it came out sooner.

I was expecting more math type analysis tho.

Sometimes it's not about the content, but the name behind it. Now most of our DD is backed by Murphy analysts which could bring in many new eyes and big players, versus ihub board.also confirms all the deals such as Lin pictures and last blood and wayward sons tv!

I agree wit your comments however, the level of DD by this board really outdoes most any DD that could have been done, a group of 50 people constantly scouring. However I did hope REDG would have shared a little more intimate details about certain things. But those will all come out in time anyways.
